Shivangan Radiance
Radiance, a modern residential township in Charholi, is a flagship project developed by Shreedhar Associates and constructed by Moraya Construction and Developers. Designed to provide affordable yet high-quality housing, the project reflects a perfect blend of smart architecture, durable construction, and modern lifestyle infrastructure.

Despite logistical challenges in the rapidly developing Charholi area, the project was executed with seamless coordination, optimized material supply chains, and a trained on-ground team. Moraya ensured minimal disruption to the local environment while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards throughout the execution phase.
